
Milton Allen has made a profound mark in the music industry starting out as the Merchandising Coordinator at United Artist Records in 1976, where he was responsible for merchandising United Artists releases in retail stores in the Mid-Atlantic region. He went on to become a regional Pop Promotion manager for United Artist Records, becoming responsible for radio promotion on all formats in New York City while handling Artist and Executive Relations in New York city and staffing the New York office.
In 1980 Milton became the Product Manager for the Black Artist Roster at Arista Records. He was responsible for developing Marketing Plans, working with all constituent departments within the company and Publishing the bi-weekly Artist Development Status Report for worldwide distribution.
In Dec 1983Milton Allen became Vice President of Orchid Communications / B.E.A.M.S. Broadcast Electronic & Associated Media. He wasTalent Broker to major African American Advertising Agencies. Devised and implemented Public Relations and marketing plans for client based accessing the African American Consumer Market and the Hispanic Consumer Market. Founder B.E.A.M.S. (Broadcast Electronic & Associated Media Services): Video Production, Video Press Kits, Satellite Delivery of Video Press Kits.
As an Adjunct Professor of Communications in New Jersey he taught Broadcast and Telecommunications Management Systems. As the owner of Prescott Allen Enterprises he produced Music Videos, Video Press Kits and specialty video promotions, Provided satellite delivery service for Video News Releases and Produced Radio Voiceovers for commercials and video.

In 1997 he became the General Manager for Gospo Centric East and Executed marketing plans for major Gospel artists including Kirk Franklin, Trin-i-tee 5:7, Byron Cage, Tramaine Hawkins, Kurt Carr and others. Assisted Senior Vice President in marketing and administrative functions. He planned and executed 5-country European promotional tour with Trin-i-tee 5:7 and Supervised a national staff of merchandisers.
